Treatment
Our highly qualified dentists can see you in either London or Budapest, evaluate you, and give you a detailed treatment plan with itemised costs before you begin any treatment.
You don’t have to begin with the London consultation, if you are ready to get started then you can visit our clinic in Budapest to have immediate treatment.
In our Budapest clinic, consultations are free. For consultations in London, there is a small charge, which is deductible from the cost of your treatment if you travel within 45 days of your initial consultation.
1. If you let us know when you would like to travel, we will be able to pre-book your appointment for you.
2. When you tell us your preferences, we will email or call you to offer specific dates and times. In our Budapest clinics, we can usually get you an appointment within 1-2 weeks or as soon as you would like.
3. As soon as you provide us with your flight details, we can confirm your appointment booking.
If you inform us regarding your budget and accommodation preferences, we’ll be glad to make reservations on your behalf. We can find you a hotel or equipped apartment, in any location—choose a place nearby the clinic in the centre of the city or closer to the airport. Budapest is full of world class hotels! Confirmation
Approximately one week prior to your arrival, we will reconfirm all of the details of your trip, so it’s essential we have your exact flight details.
Arrival
Free airport transfer by our contracted taxi company is offered if you book your accommodations through Dental Care London for your entire stay. If you book your own accommodations, we can arrange this service for a fee of 4200HUF (approx. £12) one way.
Limousine service can also be arranged for a fee of £30. However, if you book your accommodation through Dental Care London, this fee is only £16.

For additional convenience, we can arrange to provide you with a prepaid mobile phone for use during your stay in Hungary. A small, fully-refundable deposit of £30 will give you the ability to call us anytime 24/7 with any question. Alternatively, you may reach us from any Hungarian phone by dialing our Hungarian phone number for free. This information will be provided to you before your departure. In case of emergency, we would also be able to connect you to a phone number of a family member or friend at home for free.
Please note it takes approximately two weeks lead time to organise your dental trip. If short notice is given, we will do our best to arrange your requirements. We do not book your flights, but provide links on our website to the main low cost airlines for your convenience.
