Appointments

Arrange a call back from your dentist, FREE, 8 a.m. - 9 p.m!    

Talk with your dentist first, FREE. Yes, a call from your dentist is FREE, to discuss treatment options, not costs, for which a regular examination is necessary. If you have a digital image of your smile, and an X ray, please email those to us so your dentist may review them before s/he calls.

Your dentist will try to reach you at your convenience, between 8 a.m. - 9 p.m., on a landline. Please call us to arrange this. Please understand your dentist is very busy, but will be able to talk with you for about 20 minutes. We strive to do the absolute best to schedule an appointment for you at your convenience. Hence you can schedule it yourself, above. If your preferred appointment time is already booked, we are happy to enter your name in our Quick Call Book. People entered into this book will be called in case of last-minute openings that may occur. To do this, please contact us. If you only have specific times that you can see us, please secure your appointment as soon as possible.  Call us for out of hours appointments, we can often work with you to make these arrangements. (A premium may be payable.)

Appointment Reminders 

As a courtesy, we will attempt to reach you by phone, email or sms message.  We will do our best to contact you when it is time for your next follow up appointment, too.

Cancellations

In the event that you have an emergency or last minute obligation and cannot make your scheduled appointment, please call us to cancel. If we can reallocate your appointment to somebody on our Quick Call Book you shall receive a refund or may reschedule for another time.  This obviously depends on availability and is therefore at our discretion.
